1.Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Plunge the Brussels sprouts in the water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
2.Trim the bottoms off the sprouts and cut in half.
3.Heat a frypan and add oil. Cook onion and leek until soft.
4.Add the Brussels sprouts and toss until slightly coloured.
5.Pour the Brussels sprouts mixture onto a serving platter, crumble over feta and top with sliced almonds.
