Ingredients
750 gram steak, trimmed, cubed
1/2 pineapple, peeled, cubed
1 green capsicum, seeded, cubed
8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water to prevent burning
2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
jacket potatoes, salad leaves to serve (optional)
Method
1. Thread steak, pineapple and capsicum alternately onto bamboo skewers.
2. Brush with teriyaki sauce and barbecue or char-grill for 10-12 minutes, turning on all sides and basting with extra teriyaki sauce.
3. Serve with jacket potatoes and salad leaves.
