Dressing
Tandoori chicken with lemon yoghurt
Method
1.In a large bowl, combine Chicken and tandoori paste, tossing well to coat evenly.
2.In a separate bowl, combine rocket, tomatoes and cucumber. Set aside.
3.Preheat a chargrill on high. Brush lightly with oil. Chargrill chicken for 3-5 minutes each side, until cooked through.
4.DRESSING. In a small bowl, combine yoghurt, coriander and juice, and season to taste.
5.Serve chicken on salad, drizzled with dressing.
If preferred use sliced chicken thigh fillets or breast fillets.
