Method
1.In a bowl. drizzle half of the oil over beef and sprinkle with half of the taco seasoning. Repeat with fish in a second bowl, using remaining oil and seasoning.
2.Heat a barbecue or char-grill pan on high. Cook beef 3-4 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Set beef aside, loosely covered with foil, to rest 5 minutes.
3.GUACAMOLE: Place avocado in a bowl. Mash well with juice and season to taste.
4.SALSA: In a medium bowl, combine tomato. onion. coriander. juice and chilli. Season to taste.
5.Heat clean barbecue plate or frying pan on medium. Cook fish l-2 minutes each side. until golden and just cooked through.
6.Meanwhile, heat taco shells following packet instructions.
7.Thinly slice beef. Arrange beef and fish on platter with salsa, guacamole and shells. Accompany with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tobasco sauce for everyone to build their own favorite taco.
