Method

1.Thread beef strips onto bamboo skewers. Roll beef skewers in szechuan seasoning to coat all over.
2.Grease a large frying pan and heat on medium. Cook skewers for 2 minutes, turning, until cooked. Remove from pan.
3.In same pan, cook choy sum on high heat for 2-3 minutes, until just wilted. Add oyster sauce and water and cook for another minute.
4.Place beef skewers on a bed of choy sum drizzled with sauce, and serve with rice.
