Method

1.In a saucepan, bring water to boil. Place Chinese broccoli and bok choy in steamer basket and steam 5 minutes, until tender.
2.In a frying pan, bring stock to boil. Add mushrooms, reduce heat and bring to boil. Add mushrooms, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes, until tender. Remove from heat, add oyster sauce and stir to combine.
3.Place Asian greens in shallow serving bowl and top with mushrooms and braising liquid. Serve immediately.
