Method
Combine garlic, brown sugar, chilli, fish sauce and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
Heat oil in a wok or frypan and brown NZ Pork mince over a medium-high heat. Reduce heat, add the onion and cook, stirring regularly for about 5 minutes.
Add greens to pan and toss to combine, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and pour over the lime and chilli sauce. Scatter with peanuts and toss to combine.
Serve on its own or with steamed rice or noodles.
