Method
1.Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Line a large oven tray with baking paper.
2.Trim excess skin from chicken with kitchen scissors. Combine the sauce, buttermilk, onion salt, paprika and sugar in a large bowl. Add the chicken and toss well to coat. Place the chicken on the prepared tray in a single layer and brush with any remaining sauce mixture.
3.Bake chicken for 45 minutes, turning halfway, or until well browned and cooked through. Stand 5 minutes.
4.Serve chicken with potato salad, if desired.
Not suitable to freeze or microwave.
