Method
1.Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until just tender; drain.
2.Meanwhile, cook bacon in heated oiled medium frying pan until browned; drain on absorbent paper.
3.Melt butter in same pan; cook leek and garlic, stirring, about 5 minutes or until leek softens. Add bacon, chilli and onion; cook, stirring, 2 minutes or until onion is soft.
4.Place pasta in large bowl with leek mixture and cheese; toss gently.
