Serves 1 Prep 5M Skip to Recipe Woman's Weekly Food Previous Next Print Ingredients 30 millilitre martin miller’s westbourne strength gin 10 millilitre lime juice 7 millilitre cocchi americano 2 x 3cm squares rock melon, plus 1 long slice, to garnish ice allgood organics white grapefruit sparkling water Method 1.Muddle gin, lime juice, Cocchi Americano and rock melon in a cocktail shaker. 2.Add ice to shaker, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. 3.Top up with sparkling water and garnish with melon slice.
