1.Whisk honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil together. Transfer half sauce mixture to a bowl. Add chicken and cornflour, toss to combine.
2.Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil, swirl to coat surface. Stir-fry chicken, in batches, 3 minutes each, or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil to keep warm. Wipe wok clean.
3.Add remaining oil to wok. Stir-fry beans, 2 minutes. Add carrot, stir-fry 1 minute more, or until vegetables are just tender. Return chicken to wok. Add onion, remaining sauce mixture and sesame seed. Stir-fry, 2 minutes, or until heated and combined. Serve with rice.
