Method

1.In a large jug, whisk together peanut butter, water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, kecap manis and sambal oelek.
2.In a large saucepan of boiling water, add noodles. Cook for 3 minutes until softened, then drain.
3.In a wok or large frying pan, heat half the oil on high, swirling to cover wok. Stir-fry half the prawns for 2-3 minutes until just cooked. Transfer to a bowl. Stir-fry remaining prawns, then remove.
4.In the same wok, heat remaining oil on high. Stir-fry broccolini and onion for1-2 minutes until tender. Add noodles, prawns and sauce, tossing for 2-3 minutes to combine and heat.
5.Serve sprinkled with bean sprouts, peanuts and chilli. Accompany with lemon wedges.
