Method
1.Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain into two martini glasses and serve with a pineapple leaf, slice of pineapple and glace cherry threaded onto a cocktail stick.
For a non-alcoholic tropical treat, simply leave out the white rum and double the amount of pineapple. Pineapple juice can be used instead of crushed pineapple.
