Method
1.Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until soft. Add mince; cook stirring to break up any lumps, for 3 minutes or until browned.
2.Add beans; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until tender. Add rice, coriander and cabbage; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until heated.
3.Stir in dressing and half the peanuts; cook for 2 minutes more or until heated. Divide among serving bowls. Serve topped with the remaining peanuts and extra coriander.
