Peach, pear and ginger smoothie
1.Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Taste and add more ginger, if preferred. Serve chilled.

2.Preheat oven to 130°C. Line a tray with baking paper.
3.In a large bowl, combine rice bubbles with chia, sesame and the other nuts and seeds.
4.In a small saucepan, simmer the honey and coconut oil for 2-3 minutes or until it begins to thicken slightly. Pour it into the nut mix, stirring well to combine.
5.Placed heaped tablespoons of the mix on the baking tray.
6.Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.
7.Keep crispy in an airtight container in fridge. Makes approx. 20.

- Remember to ‘chew’ your smoothie to get the important digestive enzymes activated in your mouth.
