Ingredients

2 fresh buffalo mozzarella (260g), torn into bite-sized pieces

500 gram cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoon torn fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Method

1.Arrange cheese and tomatoes on serving platter and top with basil. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.
