Method
1.Bring a small saucepan of salted water to the boil. Blanch peas 2-3 minutes, until tender and bright green. Drain well.
2.Place peas in a food processor or blender. Add green onions, mayonnaise, juice, miso and wasabi. Process together until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
3.Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve dip with sesame crackers, dutch carrots and grissini.
If fresh peas aren’t in season, use frozen peas or edamame beans.
