Ingredients

Method

1.Cook rice following packet instructions. Drain, then set aside.
2.In a frying pan, heat oil on high. Cook steak for 1-2 minutes each side. Remove from heat and cover loosely with foil.
3.For the marinade: Combine all ingredients together. Stir well.
4.In a bowl, combine courgette with marinade. In the same frying pan, sauté courgette on medium, stirring occasionally for 3-4 minutes or until caramelised. Add spring onion and half the coriander. Season.
5.Divide rice, sliced steak, courgette and radish between bowls. Top with remaining coriander and sesame seeds.
