Mexican cocoa pecans

Method

1.Heat oven to 160°C fanbake. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Mix pecans and egg white in a bowl until pecans are well coated. In another bowl mix together the other ingredients then add to pecans and toss to coat completely.
3.Spread on the tray and bake until starting to brown (around 15 minutes). Let cool and dust with a little extra cocoa powder before storing in an airtight container.
