Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Spray 6 x 1 3/4-cup ovenproof dishes with oil.
2.Combine ricotta, 1/2 cup of the pizza cheese and milk in a medium bowl.
3.For each lasagne, spread a thin layer of bolognaise sauce over base of dish. Top with a lasagne sheet, trimming to fit. Top with another layer bolognaise sauce. then cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese mixture. Place dishes on a baking tray.
4.Bake lasagnes for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Stand for 5 minutes. Serve with salad.
Use ramekins, omit pasta and layer boiognaise with leftover mashed potato. This can be made in a 7-cap rectangular baking dish; cooking time will vary. Pizza cheese is a packaged mix of grated mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan.
