Step 1
Place noodles in a large heat-proof bowl. Cover with hot water and stand for 2 minutes. Gently separate. Drain.
Step 2
Toss NZ Pork with oil in a bowl.
Step 3
Heat a large, oiled wok over medium to high heat. Add NZ Pork in two batches and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from pan.
Step 4
Add combined sauces and 1/3 cup of water to wok with noodles. Gently toss for 1 minute or until noodles are hot. Return NZ Pork and toss until warmed through.
Step 5
Add coleslaw, onions and cashews (if using). Remove from heat. Toss until coleslaw is just wilted. Serve.
