Method
1.Combine flours in a medium bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the oil and 1/2 cup water. Mix with a round-bladed knife until just combined. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead briefly. Shape into a disc. Roll or press into a 24cm round.
2.Heat remaining oil in a 24cm (base measurement) non-stick frying pan over moderate heat. Add dough; cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden underneath. Turn out onto a flat surface or a large heatproof plate. Slide pizza back into pan, uncooked- side down. Spread pasta sauce over pizza. Top with ham, pepper strips, cheese and olives. Cook, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until base is golden and cheese is melted. Cut pizza into wedges to serve.
Use canned corned beef instead of ham. Top with any of your favourite pizza toppings. You can cook the pizza on a baking tray in the oven.
