Ingredients

Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave corn until tender; drain. Preheat grill.
2.Place cobs on foil-lined-oven tray.
3.In a small bowl, combine butter, sauce, mirin and sugar and brush over corn.
4.Roast corn under grill about 5 minutes, turning and basting regularly with butter mixture. Brush any remaining butter mixture over corn before serving.
