Method
1.
In a wok or large frying pan, heat a little peanut oil on high.
2.
Stir-fry NZ Pork in two batches for 1-2 minutes each, then set aside in a bowl.
3.
Add cabbage to wok and stir-fry for 1 minute until wilting.
4.
Return NZ Pork to wok with pineapple, juice and sauces. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
5.
Serve on a bed of rice noodles, sprinkled with coriander leaves and sliced chilli.
Note
- A few cashews make a delicious addition to this dish.
