Method
1.Place potatoes and parsnips in a saucepan with enough salted water to cover. Bring to boil. Cook 15-20 minutes, until tender. Drain.
2.Return potatoes and parsnips to saucepan. Mash well. Add milk, butter and garlic. Cook, stirring, on medium heat, 2-3 minutes, until smooth. Season to taste.
