Ingredients: ice cubes; 1 cup vodka; 1 cup cointreau; 2 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice; 6 strips orange zest

1 cup cointreau

2 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

6 strips orange zest

Method

1.Fill shaker with ice and top with vodka, Cointreau and lemon juice. Replace lid and shake well for 15 seconds.

2.Pour martini into glasses. Squeeze strip of orange zest over each glass then rub skin around rim of glass and drop into cocktail. Serve immediately and enjoy.
