Method
1.Heat a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add chorizo; cook for 2 minutes each side or until lightly browned.
2.Add beans; cook and stir for 1 minute or until heated.
3.Remove pan from heat; stir in juice and parsley. Season. Serve sprinkled with zest.
It’s important to cook the chorizo over moderate heat so the juices in the pan don’t evaporate. You’ll need 1 large lemon. Grate zest from lemon before juicing.
