Method

1.Preheat oven to 160°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Sift flour and icing sugar into a bowl.
2.Using fingertips, rub in cubes of butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in chocolate with a spatula. Press mixture together to form a dough. Chill for 5-10 minutes.
3.Place dough between 2 sheets of non -stick baking paper and roll out to 7mm thick. Cut out shapes using a star cutter. Transfer to baking trays.
4.Bake for 10-15 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
5.Decorate with icing, using a plain piping nozzle, and finish with cachous.
