1.In a heavy-based frying pan, heat the oil and saute the onion, garlic, smoked paprika and mince until lightly browned and fragrant. Add the canned tomatoes, beans and barbecue sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the mixture is thick and saucy. Thin with a little water if the mix becomes too thick.
2.Serve with rice and top the bowls with sour cream and a rustic salad of sliced avocado, chilli or pepper and a pinch of spice, if you like.
