Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a jug, mix sauces and sherry together. Place wings in a large bowl. Add half the marinade and coat well.
3.Add chicken in a single layer on tray. Bake 35-40 minutes, basting often with remaining marinade. Cool. Serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.
Great finger food, hot or cold. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. If your picnic areas has a barbecue, marinate these and cook while there.
