Method
1.Boil, steam or microwave rice until tender; drain, cool.
2.Cut broccolini stems in half lengthways, then in half crossways.
3.Stir-fry garlic, onion, chilli and capsicum in heated oiled wok 1 minute. Add oil, broccolini and rice; stir-fry 1 minute. Add soy sauce and the water; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until broccolini is tender. Season to taste. Serve sprinkled with nuts.
