This delicious creamy cocktail is a good seasonal alternative to egg nog if you like something lighter in texture.

45 millilitre brandy

30 millilitre dark crème de cacao

60 millilitre fresh cream

1 cup ice cubes

nutmeg to garnish

Method

1.Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then strain into a glass.

2.For garnish; cross two straws over the rim of glass; lightly sprinkle ground nutmeg over surface of drink, remove straws carefully
