Method
1.Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C fan-forced). Lightly grease two baking trays.
2.Punch down dough. On a floured surface, knead until smooth. Halve. Use a dusted roiling pin to roll into 30cm rounds. Place on trays.
3.Spread with passata. Top with salami, tomato and bocconcini. Bake for 15 mins, until base is crisp and cheese is melted. Scatter with basil. Serve with salad greens.
