Method
1.Trim excess fat from steaks and sprinkle with Middle Eastern spice mix.
2.Cook steaks on a heated, oiled grill pan (or barbecue or pan-fry) for about 5 minutes on each side or until done as desired. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3.Serve steaks sliced with bread, hummus, tomato, lettuce and yoghurt.
