Method
1.Preheat oven to 230°C (210°C fan-forced). Line a large roasting pan with baking paper. Place chicken, vegetables, spice mix and half the oil in prepared pan. Toss to coat well. Season. Arrange chicken on top of vegies. Bake for 25 minutes, turning once, or until golden and cooked.
2.Whisk remaining oil, tahini, juice, mint, extra spice mix and 2 tablespoons water in a small jug. Season.
3.Serve drumsticks and vegetables with tahini sauce and extra mint.
