Method
1.Cover noodles with boiling water, stand for 10 minutes. Use chopsticks to separate. Drain and set aside.
2.Meanwhile, heat half of peanut oil in a frying pan on high. Cook pork in batches until browned. Set aside.
3.Heat remaining oil on high. Cook onion, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add pork, gai lan, noodles and sauces. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in sesame.
