Method
1.Squeeze out the sausage meat from the skins and shape it into small patties (1 sausage makes 2 patties).
2.Heat the oil in a large, nonstick frying pan, and cook the patties over a medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through.
3.Split the buns, toast if desired, and layer them with your patties, burger salad and sauce of preference.
