Method
1.Cut baguette lengthways along top, taking care not to cut right through. Scoop out centre to make a cavity. Spread lightly with butter, if desired.
2.Fill baguette with ham, cheese, capsicum and lettuce leaves.
3.Tie in several places with string. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap; refrigerate until ready to eat. Cut into four rolls, to serve.
Use any thin cheese you prefer, such as provolone.
