Method
1.Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil on high. Blanch cauliflower 2-3 minutes, until almost tender. Drain well and set aside.
2.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry nuts and turmeric 2-3 minutes until nuts are lightly toasted.
3.Add cauliflower, lemongrass, garlic and chilli and stir-fry 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
4.Mix peas through. Stir-fry a further 1-2 minutes. Add basil, tossing well. Serve with rice, if desired.
You will need about 1/2 cauliflower.
