Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large bowl combine first five ingredients. Drain dates and mash with oil and egg, then stir thoroughly into seed mix.
2.Press into a lined tin and bake for 15 minutes until just toasted. When cool drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with extra seeds. When set, cut into bars.
**Check label if eating dairy free. You can make this very quickly in a food processor; just blitz the nuts first.
