Oaty breakfast bars

These scrumptious oaty breakfast bars are the perfect morning meal for people with busy schedules! Make a batch in the weekend so you can grab and go each morning - it couldn't be easier.

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a slice or brownie tin with baking paper.
2.In a large bowl combine dry ingredients (except coconut sugar) and toss together.
3.Melt the coconut oil, stir the coconut sugar into it then whisk in the egg.
4.Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and stir in the egg mixture. Mix thoroughly and spoon into the lined tin, pressing it in firmly with the back of a spoon.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
6.Serve with yoghurt and fresh fruit or eat on the run.
