Method
1.Heat a large frying pan or char-grill on medium. Lightly oil and season steaks.
2.Rub a halved garlic clove over and cook 2-3 minutes each side. Remove from pan and cover loosely with foil to rest.
3.In the same pan, heat olive oil. Saute button mushrooms with crushed garlic clove 5-6 minutes, until golden. Stir balsamic vinegar through. Simmer, stirring, 1 minute, until reduced by half.
4.Stir green olives through creamy polenta. Slice steaks and serve with polenta and mushrooms.
