Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
2.Add chicken, peas and peppers. Cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Stir in cream. Simmer for 3 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet directions. Drain. Toss sauce and parsley through pasta. Serve topped with parmesan.

This would also be delicious as a cold salad
