1.Heat oil in a flameproof casserole pan on high. Cook lamb in batches for 3-4 minutes, stirring often, until browned all over.
2.Add onion, carrot, tomato and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, until softened. Add wine, tomato paste and 2 cups water. Season well and bring to boil.
3.Add beans, reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, until lamb and vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Serve with coriander, yogurt and lemon wedges.
Add sliced celery with the carrot and a little paprika with the tomato paste.
