Mustard chicken
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line a baking dish with foil or baking paper.
2.Arrange chicken in a single layer in prepared dish. in a bowl, combine butter, mustard, oil, honey and garlic. Brush over chicken.
3.Bake the chicken, turning once, for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Glazed parsnips
4.In a bowl, toss together parsnip, oil and maple syrup. Cook in a frying pan over a low heat for 10-15 minutes until golden and tender, or bake when you bake chicken in a separate baking dish. Serve chicken with parsnip and spinach leaves.
