Method
1.Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions. Drain; return to pan and cover.
2.Heat butter and oil in a frying pan on medium.
3.Cook onion and garlic 2 minutes, until soft. Add wine; simmer 2 minutes, until reduced. Fold in juice and crab; heat gently. Toss through pasta.
4.To serve, sprinkle with chives and sea salt.
