Ingredients: 300 gram toasted marshmallow with coconut, chopped coarsely; 400 gram turkish delight, chopped coarsely; 1/4 cup (40g) roasted almonds, chopped coarsely; 1/2 cup (75g) roasted shelled pistachios; 450 gram g white eating chocolate, melted

A slender slice of grown-up rocky road is great to have with coffee. Use milk or dark chocolate if you like and change the nuts to suit your taste.

Ingredients

300 gram toasted marshmallow with coconut, chopped coarsely

400 gram turkish delight, chopped coarsely

1/4 cup (40g) roasted almonds, chopped coarsely

1/2 cup (75g) roasted shelled pistachios

450 gram g white eating chocolate, melted

Method

1.Grease two 8cm x 26cm bar cake pans; line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above long sides.

2.Combine marshmallow, turkish delight and nuts in large bowl; working quickly, stir in chocolate. Spread mixture into pans; pressing down firmly to flatten.

3.Refrigerate until set before slicing.
