Method
1.Lightly grease a 1.25-litre, 18cm-wide, round bowl. Line with cling film.
2.Reserve ¼ cup melts. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining white chocolate melts on medium in 30-second bursts until melted and smooth.
3.In a large bowl, combine chocolate and fried noodles. Gently stir through roughly chopped M&M’s.
4.Press mixture into the base and sides of bowl, ensuring edges are level (pack and flatten with a teaspoon). Chill for 1 hour to set.
5.Using cling film to lift, remove shell from bowl. Fill with Easter eggs, then top with a serving plate. Turn upside down.
6.In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt reserved chocolate melts. Drizzle over top of cake and arrange reserved Easter eggs on top.
Note
- Use milk chocolate melts instead of white, if preferred.
