Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line base of a 20cm springform pan.
2.Whisk butter and egg until smooth. Add apple and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and a pinch of salt over apple mixture. Add nuts, mix well.
3.Fill prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Serve warm or at room temperature with cream.
