Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 20cm x 30cm cake pan with baking paper.
2.Sift together flours and cocoa into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, sultanas and pecans.
3.Whisk together milk, oil, egg whites and vanilla essence until combined. Mix lightly into dry ingredients.
4.Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Lift out and cut into squares. Just before serving, dust with icing sugar and cocoa.
